    We review it

    Our team checks every new listing before it goes live, so renters know what they're getting.

  3. Step 3

    Subscribe for the room

    $12/month per live room. Nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe.

  4. Step 4

    Take requests

    Renters request days; you confirm or decline each one, then settle payment with them directly.

Questions hosts ask

Do you take a cut of bookings?

No. Hosts pay $12 a month per published room and that's it. Renters pay you directly, however you normally take payment.

Who decides who uses my room?

You do. Every booking starts as a request, and nothing is confirmed until you accept it. You can message a renter before you decide.

Can I limit which days the room is available?

Yes. Set opening hours for each day of the week, and block out individual dates from the room's calendar whenever you need it yourself.

What happens if I want to stop?

Take the room down or cancel your subscription any time from your dashboard. There's no lock-in contract.
